Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
•    Set Wholesale Department performance objectives, in coordination with the Wholesale and Logistics Management Director, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and department strategic objectives 
•    Manage the implementation of Wholesale Department policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
•    Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale Department, encourage teamwork and align work processes to achieve high performance and meet established targets
•    Review sales performance results and reports, monitor performance against plans and ensure improvement actions are implemented 
•    Provide all required reports and statistics regarding the performance of the Wholesale Department activities to the Wholesale and Logistics Management Director and be accountable for the performance 
•    Oversee the negotiations with providers (shipping lines, trailer lines, customs employees, insurance companies, etc.) to ensure the award of favorable logistics terms and conditions
•    Oversee the development, review and assessment of logistics status reports concerning progress and update of supplies, products, and equipment deliveries to ensure a smooth flow of operations
•    Lead the optimization of service levels, increase of supply chain efficiency, and minimization of logistics costs
•    Maintain a good relationship with logistics providers and retail outlets/resellers
•    Set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate staff, provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal, and provide guidance on training programs for employees in order to maximize subordinate and department performance 

Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Master’s degree is a plus 
•A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role
