Job Description
Responsible for the development of new applications and business intelligence tools with respect to support, data analysis, reporting, and integration with all the company related systems Main Duties • Develop new applications based on defined specs and following standard norms of software development that ensure high system performance, dynamism, flexibility and easy to use systems • Design and develop business intelligence tool, data warehousing and reporting solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications documents • Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Pivot • Develop and implement ETL processes to build a complete data warehouse integrated with the existing ERP system while assuring proper data integrity and high performance of data transfer from ERP systems or other third-party applications • Conduct training to users on BI tool and new implemented functionalities, reports or dashboards • Provide support to users on existing BI tool and ERP applications • Gather requirements from business users, conduct analysis and identify the data needed to meet these requirements • Prepare technical and functional documentation for newly developed functionalities Education & Experience • BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering • Minimum 4 years of experience in BI development including data warehousing, data transfer, building reports and dashboards • Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI technologies (SSIS, Power BI, Power Pivot) • Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, data warehousing concepts and technologies • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development (.Net development & Microsoft SQL Server Database) • Accounting knowledge is a plus
