Job Description:
The ideal candidate must be well experienced in executing product implementation, installation and technical assistance to clients.
- Provides first and second level technical support to clients and the team.
- Performs a variety of technical support functions such as program installation, debugging, tracing, troubleshooting and demonstration for on-site users.
- Conduct end-user and administrator training
- Conducts system investigation by coordinating with users to identify the specific requirements of the application or tools to be written.
- Assists the technical writer in preparing or updating technical documentation and in writing end-user and administrator guides and references.
- Responsible for documenting the reported system issues and bugs in the Bug Report/Helpdesk System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering
- Experience as Application Programmer or Application Support Engineer: 2+ years
- Experience in Configuring websites with IIS is a must.
- Knowledge in Internet Information Services (IIS), RDBMS and networking tools is a must
- Knowledge in SQL Databases is a must
- Knowledge of the .NET framework is a must
- Linux OS knowledge is a plus
- Hadoop and Big Data knowledge is a plus
- Willing to travel when needed
- Good Communication Skills
