Job Description

Job responsibilities include:
-Ensuring all after-sales operations are conducted according to company procedures.
-Optimizing warehousing, dispatch and delivery activities.
-Support the logistics department in ensuring timely response and imports from foreign suppliers as well as local import formalities.
-Monitor overall company adherence to data processing in CRM and ERP applications.
-Take on specific projects/tasks assigned by management of critical importance related to cost savings, operational problems, etc...

At least 4-5 years of experience in an operations role is a requirement.
