Job Description:
- Review and update job descriptions for existing and new positions
- Source and interview candidates and ensure proper fit with role and company requirements
- Compile and update employee records and ensure conformity with all legal and governmental requirements
- Create, communicate, and implement policies, procedures, and forms aligned with the business strategy
- Supervise and control the administration of employees leave program and prepare leave and attendance reports
- Draft employee letters, company memos and correspondence
- Update stakeholders with newest changes and policies in national social security fund, and Ministry of Labor
- Receive and effectively handle employee complaints and greivances by applying sound reasoning when making decisions and taking disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with department managers to understand employee concerns and issues
- Act as a liaison between employer and employe while overseeing employee relations
- Issue warnings and disciplinary actions and register the needed in the ministry of labor
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities including recruitment, scheduling, leaves and attendance)
- Assist in payroll preparation by controlling pay elements like absences, deductions, bonus, raises, overtime, and leaves
- Organize monthly and annual employee performance reviews with line managers
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Promote a culture of equality within the organization
- Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources of equivalent
- 10 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a manufacturing firm
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent Employee Troubleshooting
- High negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
