Job Description

Looking for a young and dynamic person to assist the Call Center Manager in monitoring the performance of the call center’s daily operations and team, while coordinating with concerned departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Tasks include:
-Monitoring service calls when on duty to make sure employees are following proper standards
-Handling customer’s complaints when on duty and taking any appropriate action to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
-Building a strong relationship with customers for customer retention
-Seeking complete knowledge of approved standards for answering calls, taking orders and receiving feedback
-Coordinating ticket order time with restaurants
-Preparing schedules for call center agents
-Conducting orientation, and overseeing the training of new employees
-Assigning orders to related restaurants as per the zoning sheet 
-Having full menu knowledge and giving the customers all the needed details

Required skills (Experience & Education)
-Two to three years of experience in a managerial position in a Call Center or Customer Service Department
-Knowledge of telephone and computer equipment, Avaya system knowledge is a plus.
-Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
-Advanced computer skills
-Diploma or Degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent is a plus
