Job Description
The ideal candidate will be self-employed, develop long term relationships with his/her clients, assess their needs and provide them the right solutions in protection and investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and approach clients outdoors
- Assess risk and present the appropriate consultancy
- Quote, convert, renew and maintain general insurance policies for new and existing customers
- Service customers via telephone calls, emails and general administration
- Consistently demonstrate high customer service standards by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and meeting and exceeding customer expectations whilst acting with integrity
- Proactively anticipate customer issues and take appropriate action
- Adhere to company quality and underwriting standards
- Participate in the achievement of individual and departmental targets and objectives
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Political Science/Law with 1 to 5 years of working experience
- Fluent in Arabic, English. French is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Customer oriented with good negotiation and communication skills
- Pro-active and independent hands-on working style with ability to deliver high-quality results, even under time pressure
- A car is a must
