A leading FMCG company in Lebanon is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for Country Manager Position
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Managing director.
Develop and maintain strategic planning as well as Business plans.
Effective systems to monitor market and performance of sales.
Work on Growth Plan.
Monitor competition moves & recommend retaliation programs.
Streamlining & strengthening distribution network.
Identify market potentials and train sales force.
Required Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
Min. 5 years experience in FMCG Companies.
Communication, negotiations skills, work under pressure & result oriented.
Proven records of growth success.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Marketing or Management.
Bilingual (English- Arabic) Excellent Computer Knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
