Job Description
- Leading and directing storekeepers, labors and logistics
- Dealing with planning, administration and general management issue, which include the day-to day supervision of staff and overseeing work organized b team
- Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders
- Overseeing stock control and processing orders
- Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters
- Keeping stock control systems up to date
- Planning future warehouse requirements
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
- Recommending and implementing measures to improve quality of service
- Supervising receipt of all shipments and process receiving
- Maintaining storage area by organizing floor space
- In charge of the inventory process (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
- In charge of stock adjustment
- Supervising the operation department & coordinating between the operation department and the delivery department
- Follow up on assistant’s tasks & reports
- Preparing daily assistant program
- Follow up on operations times with hospitals & providing assistants when needed
