Job Description

  1. Leading and directing storekeepers, labors and logistics
  2. Dealing with planning, administration and general management issue, which include the day-to day supervision of staff and overseeing work organized b team
  3. Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders
  4. Overseeing stock control and processing orders
  5. Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters
  6. Keeping stock control systems up to date
  7. Planning future warehouse requirements
  8. Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
  9. Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
  10. Recommending and implementing measures to improve quality of service
  11. Supervising receipt of all shipments and process receiving
  12. Maintaining storage area by organizing floor space
  13. In charge of the inventory process (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
  14. In charge of stock adjustment
  15. Supervising the operation department & coordinating between the operation department and the delivery department
  16.  Follow up on assistant’s tasks & reports
  17.  Preparing daily assistant program
  18.  Follow up on operations times with hospitals & providing assistants when needed
