Job Description
Living in Saida or around.
Create invoices
Create data entry for stock
Data entry for receipt
Submit payment for suppliers by creating “Note payment” or cash
Bank reconciliation
Data entry for journal entries
Data entry for employee payroll
Follow up on collection with customers
Prepare Sales contract (Should be done by salespeople)
Send order request to stock for required items
Cash-out for an advance on salaries
Handle incoming calls
Data entry for NSSF forms and expenses
Filing, printing and other clerical work
Report statement of profit and loss
Fill daily report for all income and expenses and report it accordingly
Call suppliers for orders
Data entry for VAT and VAT forms
Print Trial Balance
Audit on stock inventory and report stock differences
Fill NSSF forms, registrations, tables, and other NSSF requirements
Fill R1, R3, R5, R6, R10.
Qualification
1-Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar.
Experience
1-Minimum 3 years’ in General Accounting.
