Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
The Station manager has many responsibilities. His role requires great leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to supervise and work with Heads of Departments and employees within the organization.
The station manager works also with contractors directly and Airport Officials.
He supervises, leads and manages all the operations related to the Reception, Storage, and cuts into plane operations in strict conformity with JIG Standards for Jet Fuel Facility at Rafic Harriri Beirut International Airport
- Organize, plan and implement strategy as agreed by the companies members of the Jet Fuel Consortium
- Coordinate operations
- Follow up the compilation and Stock analysis of technical source data
- Develop and implement technical project management tool such as plans, schedules, responsibilities compliance matrices
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet the JIG requirements, to take advantage of operational opportunities, and in case of shortages, minimize the negative impacts on the business
- Direct team activities, establish task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance and ensuring the availability of resources
- Ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Drive recruitment process and training & development
- Monitor the attendances and leaves
- Coordinate with the companies members of the consortium
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guideline
Profile
- BS/MS Mechanical orIndustrial Engineering
- At least 5years’ experience in Reception and Terminal Management for Aviation Jet Fuel and or Refined Products
- Fluent in English& Arabic
- Leadership Skills accurate, Team Leader, Strong Analytical Background in Operations & Management
