Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Academic:

   Minimum university degree or two years college after high school completion

   University degree in Tourism & Hotel Management

    Business Administration is highly preferable.

Related Experience:   

   No required.

Analytical Skills:

   Good numerical skills, Figures and analysis oriented.

Communication Skills:

   Good command of English: Speak / Read / Write

   Good command of Arabic: Speak / Read / Write

Management / Supervisory Skills:

    Must be able to successful perform the essential functions of this job, posses a good supervisory skills.

    Leadership skills & Management skills (planning, organizing, controlling, leading).

Personal Attributes:

    Customer Maniac, Honest, Active, Team player, Hard working & self-driven, decision maker, can work  

    under pressure.

Functional /Technical Skills:

     Customer oriented with strong people skills, good communication skills.

     Good computer skills (word, excel, power point).

Job Description:

  • Assist Restaurant Manager in supervising the Team members.
  • Monitor their performance, making sure that they perform according to the Brand standards.
  • Communicates marketing initiatives /New product launches and prepares the shift to execute well.
  • Manage in-store-retailing-POS, suggestive Selling targets, Kids and other initiatives for the shift.
  • Coaches and encourages Team Member to suggestive sell in the shift.
  • Anticipates and acts on Customer Service opportunities.
  • Continually looks at ways to improve Customer service
  • Complete all daily paperwork and in-store banking for the designated shift.
  • Follow the company cash handling  procedures and ensure that customer service employees also adhere to theses guidelines.
  • Analyzes Restaurant results – act to improve efficiencies and control waste.
  • Ensure Restaurant compliance with all audit requirement / policies (eg inventory and cash controls).
  • Conducts daily critical inventory
  • Adjust labor schedules / deploys labor based on customer patterns changes.
  • Reconciles cash and deposit, manages coupon or redemption.
