Job Description
Academic:
Minimum High school degree
Or university degree in Tourism & Hotel Management is highly preferable.
Related Experience:
Past experience in Hotel or food business in a similar post is preferable.
Analytical Skills:
Good numerical skills
Communication Skills:
Good command of English: Speak / Read / Write
Good command of Arabic: Speak / Read / Write
Management / Supervisory Skills:
Must be able to successful perform the essential functions of this job.

under pressure.
Functional /Technical Skills:
Customer oriented with strong people skills, good communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Job Description:
- To fully understand the company policies and procedures.
- Adhere the proper application of service steps and policies. Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Follows and complies with all standards and guidelines.
- Complete required prep restocking according to prep list.
- Assist carryout customers.
- Participate in promoting sales through effective suggestive selling & sell-up.
- Report and handle any customer complaints in good manner whenever appropriate.
