Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by expanding the portfolio of customers, products and markets
Achieve sales quotas and increase year on year revenue
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to create, negotiate and close proposals
Nurture existing members relationship through periodic follow up, visits and engagement in activities and activations
Understand client needs and make recommendations for new solutions that meet identified client needs
Work closely with members of other Commercial sales teams to ensure that customer relationships are fully leveraged
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in sales
Self-motivated and willing to continuously improve
Personable and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and verbal)
Excellent conversation and presentation skills, with an ability to quickly establish rapport and effectively react in dynamic, customer-facing situations
Ability to work on complex contract negotiations and proposal development
Good computer and research skills
