Job Description
- Prepares the Company’s financial plan.
- Manages / Monitors accounting operations.
- Ensures proper budgeting and cost control effectiveness.
- Responsible for all credit and collection affairs.
- Conducts in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral, and legal standards.
- Responsible for the control of all revenues received and dispersed.
- Maintains adequate internal control, auditing, and assuring proper insurance coverage, protecting the assets of the company.
- Supervises the financial department.
- Prepares reports outlining the Company’s financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and future operations.
- Directs preparations of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Determines depreciation dates.
- Prepares governmental reports and handle all inquiries related to it.
- Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax revisions.
- Arranges for audits of the company’s accounts.
- Maintains files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, payroll, etc.
- Advises management concerning insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
- Develops financial information quickly and accurately for use throughout the organization.
- Provides financial support services to all departments.
- Implement an effective inventory control system.
- Maintains, implement the integrity of business assets.
