Upon the successful completion of your 1st year and based on your experience, ambition & KPI achievements, you will be appointed as POTENTIAL UNIT MANAGER (to be enrolled for a 2nd year in an AGENCY MANAGEMENT ACADEMY to be graduated as a POTENTIAL AGENCY LEADER).

• Organize business meetings with individuals B2C and with corporate group businesses B2B

• Generate new customers by fulfilling their needs

• Acquire referrals and recommendations from meetings

• Spend 80% of the time in outdoor meetings

• Ensure attainment of production target with compliance of company's vision

• Implement the weekly action plan and provide reliable service to our customers at the initial sales process & during the life of each contract

• Do after sales follow up to create long term relationship with clients

profile

• 28 years old and above

• Holding a Bachelor degree in related major (Business, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting ...)

• Experienced in sales, marketing and/or customer service is a must

• Willingness to learn & embrace the Insurance industry

• Solid presentation & interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Positive approach & attitude towards dealing with people

• Professional appearance

• Goal oriented & self-motivated

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Excellent command of English

• Motorized
