Job Description

  • Establishes Warehousing and inventory related policies and procedures
  • Supervises the implementation of the Warehousing and inventory related policies and procedures
  • Conducts work evaluation for the subordinates
  • Coordinates with the sales department in order to ensure efficient delivery of the finished products to the clients
  • Coordinates with the purchase department in order to ensure efficient receival of the raw material
  • Manages the leaves of the warehousing department employees
  • Sets and establishes regular and periodic inventory reports
  • Ensures an active participation of the warehousing department in the periodic physical inventory
  • Sets and supervises the storing protocols in the warehouses
  • Ensures the warehouses store the raw material and finished products as the ISO 22000 standards
  • Follows up and coordinates with the concerned departments regarding the ISO 22000 related checklists
  • Establishes the monthly budget needed to operate efficiently the warehouses
  • Ensures a regular maintenance for the machines and generators required to run the warehouses
  • Establishes fuel amounts required to operate the warehouses
  • Ensures a proper delivery of the finished products to the sales team as per the invoicing set system
  • Oversees the sales revenues delivery from the sales team to the warehouse and then to the accounting department
  • Develops and trains the warehousing department team
  • Establishes and oversees the implementation of warehousing related SOP’s
  • Establishes and oversees the job rotation schedule among the warehousing team
