Job Description
FIRST CO is recruiting production supervisor
living in kesserwan area
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. FILLING the Daily production sheet with all the needed details, GIVE IT DAILY to the Quality department and get the Production plan for the coming days.
2. Monitoring workers ( personal hygiene) on-time arrivals (every shift)
3. Distribution of tasks
4. Assessing products to be delivered accordingly to each customer standard, and company standards.
5. Monitoring personal hygiene during shifts
6. Receiving of Raw materials
7. Making sure that all processing is done according to food safety specs/ product specs/ flow chart and inspecting CCPs.
8. Examination of all recipes ingredients (weights/ measures)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven ability to manage process and personnel
2. Excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
3. Basic Food Hygiene training
4. ISO 22000:2018 awareness
