Job Description
First co is recruiting quality controller,
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Monitoring workers (personal hygiene) throughout the day
2. Monitoring and reporting good hygiene and good manufacturing practices during the shift
3. Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of the cleaning schedule
4. Distribution of cleaning tasks
5. Evaluates the receiving of incoming materials
6. Ensures all good practices during trucks loading (room temperature, hygiene, product safety, trucks cleanliness …)
7. Monitoring and reporting the good quality of each process: printed date and info, product weight and specs, package, labels and cartons.
8. Report the FSTL on the effectiveness and suitability of the food safety management system
9. Monitoring and reporting of critical control points and OPRPs in the manufacturing process
10. Check up all warehouse stocks and products
Knowledge and skills requirements:
1. Experience in quality & food safety management systems implementation and update
2. Proven ability to supervise process and personnel
3. Excellent verbal/written communication skills required
4. Basic food hygiene training
5. ISO 22000 training
6. Degree in food sciences or any equivalent
