Job Description
MJ Services Group is looking for an HR Manager with 3 to 5 years relevant recruitment and selection experience, living in Saida and its surrounding
Working Hours: 1 day per week
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Adjust our recruitment plan (SOP present but needs some amendment, create records and form when deemed necessary)
2. Prepare and adjust present Job description for all company below Masri Group (MJ, Sunline and MTS)
3. Recruiting new team member when deemed necessary
4. Payroll management
5. Checking HR on CRM system and update it if necessary
6. Review and update our HR system to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards
7. Prepare Employee appraisal process and implemented with the organization
8. Develop a training process (SOP, Schedule, Records and form)
9. Conduct Training when deemed necessary
10. Improve employee relationship and resolve Conflict between employees and top management
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with emphasis on PHR Certificate
2. Proven ability to achieve targets.
