Sales Consultant

The Sales consultant responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

Ultimately, the duties of a sales consultant are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company’s sales goals and targets.

Sales Consultant Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Present, promote and sell Clean Republic services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Analyze the territory /market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • To book a minimum of 18 appointments per week within potential clients.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly Sales reports presented to the company.
  • To maintain business attire in order to professionally represent Clean Republic.
  • Maintain positive attitude within the office and during the meetings.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Record keeping of all calls via Clean Republic CRM.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Contribute in the company growth.
  • Respect the company internal rules and the work timing.

Sales Consultant Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any other relevant field. 
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in customer service or sales. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Able to work in a team environment. ssss
  • Proficient with computer application. 
  • Able to learn quickly. 
  • Outstanding closing Skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment. 
  • Able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Self-motivated, prioritizes tasks and works independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Positive behavior and I can do it attitude.
