Job Summary :
Provide customers technical support such as implementation, training and maintenance on applications such as ERP & HR Systems.
Job Description
• Deployment ,Implementation and maintenance of ERP /HR Systems
• Train Customers and end users on the ERP/HR Systems
• Solve clients problems remotely or on site
• Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases
• Troubleshoot client’s software application installation
• Identify & Resolve various network and database issues
• Respond to questions and inquiries related to the ERP System
Job Requirements
• Good Knowledge in SQL 2008 and above
• Good knowledge in ERP systems is a plus
• Good Knowledge in Accounting is a plus
• Experience in software support and working with customers is a plus
• Preferred to have previous experience in accounting systems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Training & analysis Skills
• Able to work in a support team environment
Education Requirement
• BA in Computer Science , MIS , Information Systems or business computer equivalent
