How to check your interview Schedule?

  1.       Click on “My Account”
  2.       Scroll to the bottom and click on “Interview Schedule”
  3.       Now you can filter by: Name, vacant position, and interview date.

How to invite a job seeker to an interview without calling him?

  1.       Click on “My Account”
  2.       Click on “Resume Search”
  3.       Fill your keyword like “Accountant”
  4.       Select categories to filter & chose experience level, location, job category…
  5.       Click on “search” to find a list of CVs as per your search.
  6.       Select a CV you like and click on it
  7.       On top you can click on “Invite to interview”
  8.       Select date and time
  9.       Click send (Automatically job seeker will receive an email inviting him to an interview)

How to save notes on a CV?

  1.       Click on “My Account”
  2.       Click on “Resume Search”
  3.       Fill your keyword like “Accountant”
  4.       Select categories to filter & choose experience level, location, job category…
  5.       Click on “search” to find a list of CVs as per your search.
  6.       Select a CV you like and click on it
  7.       On top you can click on “Write notes”, add notes,  and then save to CV

How to save a CV in the “saved CVs” folder?

  1.       Click on “My Account”
  2.       Click on “Resume Search”
  3.       Fill your keyword like “Accountant”
  4.       Select categories to filter & chose experience level, location, job category…
  5.       Click on “search” to find a list of CVs as per your search.
  6.       Select a CV you like and click on it
  7.       On top you can click on “Save” to save a CV

How to check if the CV is saved, if the candidate is interviewed, if the CV is downloaded, if the CV was read?

  1.       Click on “My Account”
  2.       Click on “Resume Search”
  3.       Fill your keyword like “Accountant”
  4.       Select categories to filter & chose experience level, location, job category…
  5.       Click on “search” to find a list of CVs as per your search.
  6.       Everything will be displayed as a check under the items picture.
