Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Inspect daily receiving and store operations and check compliance with the company’s SOPs.
- Spot check on stock level, receiving and dispatching process, and all store transactions.
- Assist the Cost Control team in carrying out monthly inventories (food and non-food).
- Assist in carrying inventories for accessories
- Assist in dealing with any variances in inventories and carry out recounts when needed.
- Spot checks on recipes on a regular basis during food preparation to ensure standard recipes.
- Spot check daily on the POS system
- Assist in dealing with any variances in inventories and carry out recounts when needed.
- Enter inventories on the system.
- Spot checks on recipes on a regular basis during food preparation
- Audit outlets weekly for portioning, production, waste, promo/voids/QSA, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cost Controller in hotels or restaurants.
- Good communication in the English language in spoken and written form.
- Good Computer skills and Stock Control System (preferably check 8)
- Knowledgeable in checking the quality of goods and in working with supply schedules.
- Possess the ability to lead a team efficiently.
