SCOPE OF THE JOB
The ERP Specialist is responsible for ensuring proper implementation, maintenance, and optimization the organization's ERP software. He/she collaborates with various departments to ensure the ERP system meets the business needs and supports efficient operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation 
    Ensure proper implementation of the ERP system and related upgrades.
    Collaborate with vendors and internal IT team for successful deployment (arrangement, organization).
    Develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
    Install ERP software and ensure seamless integration with IT systems.
System Maintenance & Support
    Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
    Monitor ERP performance and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and user experience.
    Work closely with ERP vendors to ensure customization requirements are met and delivered on time.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest IT Solutions/ERP/D365 trends and technologies.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP systems and their integrations with other business applications (PowerBI, WMS, Ecom, etc).
    Act as the first line of support for ERP users by providing help on running transactions, identifying the source of a problem, and troubleshooting issues.
    Maintain the system configuration by implementing continuous improvements on the system setup and configuration.
    Improve the security of the current architecture, pinpoint any potential threats, and create plans to proactively address them.
    Review, analyze, and modify the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging.
    Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues to optimize performance.
Data Management & Integration
    Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and user access control.
    Understand in detail the current and future business environment of Mike Sport functions; effectively anticipate, identify, and fully meet the business needs using an integrated approach leveraging existing and new ERP capabilities.
    Configure and maintain the ERP systems, including modules, roles and permissions according to business requirements.
    Conduct adequate testing for all changes conducted on the ERP.
    Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to complex, cross-functional business problems.
    Design application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system efficiency.
    Ensure that software applications are completely integrated into the ERP system.
Documentation & Reporting
    Prepare and deliver activity and progress reports, user guides, and step-by-step procedures to be dispatched to end users.
    Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into system performance and business operations.
    Provide documentation of all security changes, menus, and roles.
     Identify areas for process improvement within the organization and make recommendations to Management
    Query data for different purposes including financial or audit, integration with other apps, etc.
    Adjust the user interface & ERP software usability and update the best practices guidelines.
    Develop customized reports to extract and collect data according to employees or management needs.
    Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Computing or Software Engineering.
    Experience:  4 to 5 years proven experience in ERP implementation and management.
    Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English, French is a plus.
    Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP system, Navision and Dynamics 365 BC.
