Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and emerging trends. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure the production of compelling digital content aligned with marketing objectives.Social Media Management:
  • Execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase conversion rates.

Website Management:

  • Collaborate with web developers to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Utilize content management systems to publish and update website content.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and improve online visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, social media, and email marketing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
