As an operation officer and sales agent, you will be responsible for:

 Managing the daily operations of the car rental branch, including inventory, fleet, and staff

 Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, from booking to returning the vehicles

 Explaining the terms and conditions of the rental agreements, insurance options, and additional services

 Promoting and selling our products and services to meet the customers’ needs and increase revenue

 Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

 Coordinating with the maintenance and repair team to ensure the quality and safety of the vehicles

 Reporting to the Operation Manager and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred

 At least two years of experience in the car rental industry or a similar customer-facing role

 A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

 A strong knowledge of the local market, traffic laws, and regulations

 A proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

 A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and multitask

 A passion for cars and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies
