Marketing Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities; include but not limited to:
o    Responsible for developing marketing strategies based on market research.
o    Prepare and implement brand guidelines.
o    Prepare yearly marketing plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
o    Responsible for developing pricing strategy in order to assist in getting the outmost profits while ensuring customer satisfaction. 
o    Work closely with Brand Manager for marketing plan execution.
o    Measure and analyze results and feedback after each marketing activity 

Qualifications:
o    A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing duties in restaurants or hotel business. 
o    A degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
o    Fluent in three languages: Arabic, English and French. 
o    Customer oriented.
o    Possess leadership and creativity skills.
o    Possess coaching and mentoring skills. 
o    Have friendly and courteous manners. 
o    Be presentable and elegant.
