We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates with a passion for furniture and home décor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in furniture sales and interior decoration, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and preferences. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, guiding them through the selection process, and ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and design options to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise as needed.
• Stay informed about current trends in furniture and home décor to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in furniture sales and/or interior decoration.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other sales-related software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Knowledge of furniture design principles, materials, and construction techniques is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
