Working Hours:

Flexibility in working hours is needed as per the Store opening hours, including weekends & holidays.

Location:

Zalka Branch

 

Relationship Span:

Within Mike Sport   : Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Supervisor, All departments.

Outside Mike Sport : Customers/ Suppliers.

 

SCOPE OF THE JOB

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing highest level of Customer Service standards, in order to ensure customers loyalty & retention, and therefore to foster Mike Sport’s image.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify customer's complaints by determining the cause of the problems and providing appropriate solutions in order to properly close the case within the agreed on time frame.
  • Identify clients’ needs and report them in order to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with our customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customers’ complaints and interactions, on daily basis in a way to ensure accuracy in all needed reports.  
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Handle the creation and maintain loyalty cards, based on Mike Sport policy, for both employees and customers.
  • Possess strong product knowledge, in order to respond to all customers inquires.
  • Follow up closely with After Sales Maintenance team, on all repairing items.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service department in all customers’ customization requests in terms of printing, restringing, waxing, tailoring etc…
  • Support in handling the cash register systems and sales transactions & ensure cash policies and procedures are well implemented. 
  • Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:  High School degree.
  • Experience:  0 to 1 year experience in customer service field.
  • Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English and Arabic, French is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge in MS Office, Illustrator knowledge is a plus.
