Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager with a profound understanding of Lebanese accounting practices, regulations, and industrial financial management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of extensive experience in financial management within the industrial sector in Lebanon. This role requires exceptional financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.


  • Oversee and manage all financial activities within the company, ensuring adherence to Lebanese accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Direct and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies to maximize returns and mitigate financial risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Lebanese accounting standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on changes in Lebanese accounting regulations, taxation laws, and industry trends, and proactively adapt financial strategies and practices accordingly.


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in financial management roles within the industrial sector in Lebanon.

Expert knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
