We are looking to hire a sales manager!

• What to do :

            - Recruit, train, and develop a team in the financial and insurance planning industries.

            - Provide field support to team members on regular basis.

            - Performance management and mentoring of supervised consultants.

           - Develop a team of 6 to 10 consultants in Lebanon to ultimately become a branch head.

• Your desired skills:

           - Degree: BBA, BS, BA

           - At least 3 years’ experience of sales or sales management.

          - Entrepreneurial spirit.

         - Excellent communication and social skill.

         - Excellent presentation skills.

         - Approve previous record of success with sales experience.

        - High achievement drive and goal/results oriented.
