Job Description:

Overview: As a Personal Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the  team by handling various administrative and logistical tasks related to shipments and other procurement activities. Your efficient assistance will contribute to the smooth functioning of the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support , including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

Shipment Coordination: Facilitate the shipment process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of goods. Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and address any delays or discrepancies.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to  activities, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork. Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulations and internal policies.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support roles,

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
