Saturday from 09:00 AM till 02:00 PM (Rotation basis 1 Saturday off out of 2)

Within Mike Sport   : E-Commerce Dpt, Retail Manager, Marketing Dpt, Commercial Procurement Dpt, Warehouse Dpt.

Outside Mike Sport : Suppliers, Customers.

 

SCOPE OF THE JOB

The E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate database records and for supporting the E-Commerce Dpt. in running the online shop in all countries.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and sort items from stores and initiate steps to integrate into E-Commerce Department.
  • Ensure delivering of high standards customer service and maximize sales in line with the company objectives and targets.
  • Handle the end-to-end operation cycle of the e-commerce shop to increase customers’ satisfaction, including site performance, speed and quality of service, order fulfillment and deliveries.
  • Liaise with the Back Office unit, in order to maintain standardization of items descriptions and details accuracy.
  • Initiate orders processing from order requisition (SO) until delivery as per the E-Commerce P&P.                                                                                                            
  • Ensure proper documentation of the E-Commerce orders and invoicing, aiming to conserve proper database.
  • Prepare clients orders on daily basis and maintain proper coordination with the logistics company & warehouse team, to ensure on time delivery of orders.  
  • Maintain high level of customer service and reply to customers’ complaints.
  • Stay informed and up-to-date with the competitive scene in the local and regional market to identify threats and opportunities related to the successful performance of the online shop.
  • Process and validate inventory transactions, to ensure accurate stock on hand and minimize the discrepancy rate.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and processes to ensure continuous system update with stock level upon receipt of shipments.
  • Assist in preparation of needed written description, pictures…of items. Process local change of prices and season transactions into website.
  • Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Experience:  0 - 1 year of experience in a similar role. Retail experience is a plus.
  • Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English and Arabic, French is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
