Job Summary:
The Remote Sales Professional will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our consulting and training services to international markets. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach to sales, along with a strong understanding of professional development needs across industries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, cross-cultural work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, market research, and industry events
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and align our consulting and training solutions to address their objectives
- Engage in high-quality virtual presentations and consultations to showcase the value of our services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively and ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest training and consulting innovations
- Provide client feedback and market insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the consulting, training, or professional development industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international clients
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Experience with CRM software and remote sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Culturally aware, with the ability to work across various time zones and adapt to different business customs
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to understand and discuss complex consulting and training services with clients
