Job Description
- Maintain consistent stores visit process of all stores within designated region to maintain operational standards of performance in line with company policies and procedures.
- Manage, motivate, train and develop staff to develop productivity according to company policies & procedures and ensure relevent HR/Administration procedures are followed ie Training records, Evaluation, Discipline and Grievance etc.
- Plan, implement and monitor all staff vacation schedules.
- Report on sales, expenses, losses and business performance according to company requirement.
- Implementation of advertising and promotional strategy and activities as scheduled.
- Monitor cash and payment systems in accordance with company policies.
- Plan and implement store merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance and image for customers.
- Manage active selling, customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the stores.
- Adopt and Share best practice throughout business.
- Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary (Fire services, police, municipality, health and safety etc…)
