SCOPE OF THE JOB:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team in executing marketing activities in order to develop and maintain awareness of the brand, maximize revenues and drive traffic to the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure adherence of all marketing campaigns/promotions to marketing plans and specifications set by brand owners in order to ensure brand image standardization, for all local and international stores.
  • Support the marketing team in the proper planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Assist in setting up and implementing a timetable of promotions and activities in support of the marketing plan aiming at maximizing consumer brand awareness and revenues.
  • Ensure and maintain robust relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers.
  • Stay up to date with the market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
  • Liaise with all internal and external parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Maintain strong relationship with media partners, stores and external parties to maximize marketing and advertising opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with the Commercial Procurement Dpt. on promoting the brand image as per specific guidelines.
  • Conduct Marketing visits to all retail stores on weekly basis & follow up on their requests.
  • Standardize all database info related to Marketing assets in stores & suppliers.
  • Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • Experience:  2-3 Years of experience in marketing field; Retail Marketing field is a plus.
  • Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English, Arabic and French is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
