Position Overview:

The Remote Sales Professional will play a crucial role in driving new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing deals. You will use a variety of digital tools, sales strategies, and CRM systems to manage your pipeline and achieve performance targets.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who is confident, adaptable, and ready to make a measurable impact. Whether you come from a corporate sales background or have experience in high-ticket selling, your drive and discipline will be the key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify new business opportunities through outreach via email, social media, phone, and other channels.

Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.

Deliver engaging presentations and product/service demonstrations via Zoom or similar platforms.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication.

Manage your sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM accurately and in a timely manner.

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to align messaging and ensure client satisfaction.

Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and client needs to help improve our offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and your own professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or B2B environment.

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with sales and productivity tools such as Zoom, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), email tracking tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Self-disciplined, highly organized, and capable of managing time independently.

High level of integrity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working with performance-based compensation structures (base + commission or commission-only, depending on experience and role).
