About the Role: We are a casual local brand looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Antelias. We are looking for someone who understands the specific dynamics of the children's clothing market and can create a welcoming environment for families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including sales performance and inventory.
• Lead, motivate, and schedule the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain the store's visual standards; ensure products are displayed attractively (Visual Merchandising).
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee stock replenishment and manage back-of-house organization.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail management experience specifically in the children’s clothing industry (Required).
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.
• Visual Merchandising: Experience in VM is a major plus.
• Leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
