About the Role: We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our production team. You will be responsible for creating new styles for our casual children's brand and ensuring they are produced to the highest standard. Talent and creativity matter more to us than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design new collections for children’s clothing.
• Oversee the production process and follow up with tailors on quality and finishing.
• Collaborate with the Pattern Maker (Patronist) to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Visit our retail stores to monitor how your styles are displayed and performing in the market.

Requirements:

• Passion for children’s fashion and trends.
• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of pattern making is a plus.
• Software: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates or experienced designers; we are looking for the right talent.
