About the Role: We are seeking a precise and technical Pattern Maker to join our factory team in Mansourieh. You will work closely with our Fashion Designer and tailors to transform sketches into production-ready patterns for our children's clothing line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate patterns based on design sketches and technical sheets.
• Perform grading (sizing) for children's wear ranges.
• Prepare markers to minimize fabric waste (consumption optimization).
• Adjust patterns after sample fitting to ensure the perfect fit.
• Archive and organize digital pattern files.

Requirements:

• Software: Mastery of Pad System is a MUST. Please do not apply if you are not proficient in this specific software.
• Experience in children's wear sizing is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and sewing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
