Job Description
Role Summary: Manages and monitors the performance of the restaurant’s daily operations and workflow, by coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, delivering superior service, maximizing customer satisfaction, and maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
Duties Summary: -Handles customer’s complaints and takes appropriate corrective measures.
-Gathers feedback through manager table visit and Electronic Comment Card
-Reports incident to the Customer Service Department and fills incident reports on the CRM.
-Builds strong bonds with customers to retain customers.
-Complies with the customer’s needs and goes the extra miles by suggesting an extra service to satisfy the customer needs
-Responds efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints
-Ensures the application of food safety and food quality guidelines
-Monitors the production and expiry dates of all products
-Maintains the ROR and FS audits standards at all times
-Resolves any discrepancies related to Food Safety results
-Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
-Investigates and resolves complaints concerning food quality and service
-Monitors the appearance of team members in terms of dress code and any related policy.
-Monitors the personal hygiene of all team members
