Job Description
This Position has general responsibility to design and develop IT solutions and provide systems and users support by performing the following duties:
Main Duties
- Handle daily support operations by troubleshooting and solving support cases and by providing support to users.
- Identify, troubleshoot and debug defects in designated application code
- Provide training to users to keep them aligned with new releases and updates
- Gather requirements from business users, conduct analysis and feasibility studies while ensuring the optimization of internal processes
- Plan, designing and develop new feature functionality for software applications per customer or internal specifications
- Design database and develop applications based on defined requirements following the standard coding norms to maintain the system performance, flexibility and user friendly applications
- Perform testing for newly developed applications to ensure their quality and proper functionality
- Document specifications and user manuals for newly developed applications
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software development
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Team Player with good presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Have good problem solving skills
- Good Knowledge in Web application development on ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#
- Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server
- Good command of the Transact-SQL language
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Sharepoint
