Job Details

Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
Apply up-selling and cross-selling methods.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
Making phone calls and visits to attract new prospective clients.
Visit potential clients, evaluate their needs and offer them our products and services.
Answer all client questions on products, prices and availability.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationship in order to build strong loyalty.
Communicate with customers after receipt of their orders; assess their satisfaction, resolve their concerns in order to meet their expectations.
Ensure implementation of the agreement terms between the company and the clients.
Ensure clients’ records are always updated.
Inform clients about promotions and offers.
Enter all sales orders and daily sales on the system.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain high standard of visual merchandising in terms of display as per company guidelines.
Ensure completion of clients’ inventories.
Ensure collection is done on due dates through quality checks and follow-up
