Job Description
- Welcomes customers by greeting them & offering them assistance.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Create and maintain showroom displays, insuring products are well merchandised and priced
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Ensure prices and signage is correct and up to date.
- Suggesting newly released items and push sales.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence.
- Offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Keep customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Execute assignments thoroughly as per instructions.
- Undertake necessary maintenance to the tools, equipment at hand.
- Assess the needed tools, chemicals or other solutions using specific amounts and dosages of chemicals or other required products.
- Use training knowledge acquired by the company.
- Adopt a professional vocabulary and a proper communication with clients.
- Preserve Company Image (uniform, tools, equipment, pesticides, driving habits, politeness and responsible behavior).
