Job Details

Welcomes customers by greeting them & offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Create and maintain showroom displays, insuring products are well merchandised and priced
Ensure racks are fully stocked.
Ensure prices and signage is correct and up to date.
Suggesting newly released items and push sales.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence.
Offering suggestions and opinions.
Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Keep customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Execute assignments thoroughly as per instructions.
Undertake necessary maintenance to the tools, equipment at hand.
Assess the needed tools, chemicals or other solutions using specific amounts and dosages of chemicals or other required products.
Use training knowledge acquired by the company.
Adopt a professional vocabulary and a proper communication with clients.
Preserve Company Image (uniform, tools, equipment, pesticides, driving habits, politeness and responsible behavior).
