Job Description

Job Scope:

 

Office assistants handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and document processing, depending on the company and its needs.


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Performing general office clerk duty and errands.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the database.

Update paperwork and maintaining documents.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the database.

Assisting the manager in planning the production schedule.

Preparing the documents production orders, transfers, request for transfers and purchase orders and other documentation necessary.

Performing any administrative requirements.

Monitoring and logging production processes.

Product cost analysis.

Maintaining a calendar and reminders for official and legal document dues.

Helping organize, clean and maintain office areas.

Maintaining supply and raw material inventory.

Samples and proofs management. 

File organization.

 

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

A team player that can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Ability to work independently and professionally.

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
