We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer in our Soybean meal sales division. That person will be in charge of supporting our customers after a sale has been made. That support consists of the following points:
- Follow up with the customers on product satisfaction
- Advise customers on product usage
- Understanding customers’ needs and concerns
- Investigating quality claims
- Report to sales manager on feedback from the market
- Organize seminars with international speakers to inform and educate costumers
In ordr for these tasks to be completed we expect the candidate to have:
- Very good understanding of poultry nutrition and science as chicken farms are our main customers.
- Some years of experience in a chicken farm or related industry (Animal feed producers, additives, research...)
- Good interpersonal skills to establish good rapport with our customers
- Able to listen to and comprehend people’s problems with the intent to solve them
- Superior problem-solving skills in business and everyday situations
- Able to remain calm in frustrating situations
- Engaging and outgoing personality
Qualifications:
- Degree in poultry science or poultry nutrition is preferred. Would also consider animal husbandry and production degree, agriculture engineer degree, Animal feed .
- 1-5 years’ experience in the field
