Job Description
Qualifications:
Degree: BS or Master
Major: Audit, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with emphasis in finance, or any related field
Years of Experience: 2-3
Business Skills needed: Detail-oriented and organized,Analytical, ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines, proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
Role:
• Records & controls financial transactions of the company
• Daily records the Company's financial transactions (Receivables; General ledger and Cash management).
• Daily prepares and controls receivables and bank accounts data for reconciliation purposes.
• Handles monthly closing of the books and manages end of month accounting reconciliation for banks, suppliers
and other creditors/customers.
• Ensures that there are no pending invoices from suppliers or payments from accounts receivables (including credit
notes/ debit notes).
• Issues monthly financial reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
• Follows up on receivables overdue and flag to Finance management to agree with management on action plan.
• Records allowances received from principals and follows up on settlement.
• Submits monthly reports to the management including Tax reports and regularly prepares statistical reports for
management needs
