Job Description

Job Profile:

BS degree in Computer Science, CCE or any equivalent field, MBA is a plus

Experience: 15+ Years of experience mainly in MIS

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and lead the implementation of the IT strategy in line with company vision and objectives.

• Partner with senior leaders across organization to understand business goals, consult on technology & data strategies to produce agile, automated, digital, reliable and secure technological solutions and data-driven outcomes.

• Oversee the ongoing definition, architecture, development, testing, implementation, training, operation and support of the Information Systems.

• Coordinate the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to provide higher levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.

• Negotiate service level agreements / equipment purchases with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.

• Develop an annual business plan and operating budget for the department in alignment with the corporate priorities and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that the financial targets are met

• Advocate for digital transformation and data-driven decisions and educate through change management.

• Keep abreast of new Technologies and make recommendations for future. Build and grow a digital & intelligent workforce to enable the transition to a technologically advanced & data-driven enterprise.

• Ensure the smooth running of IT Systems including infrastructure, information systems, databases, applications and services while securing the necessary levels of redundancies

• Prepare and supervise the validation of IT systems ensuring all necessary activities and documentation are timely completed.

• Manage, develop and coach the dept resources to improve team capabilities in order to assure quality, teamwork and timely delivery.
