Job Description
A well-established food distribution organization is looking for a GM assistant/ officer manager. The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Conducting documents translations
- Coordinating the receival and ordering of office supplies
- Handling the inventory of the office supplies
- Sharing relevant information with the employees
- Handing over assets to new comers/employees: Keys, mobile, calling cards
- Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Organizing GM office schedule
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Handling GM personal Booking travel arrangements
- Providing general support to visitors and conducting and points presentation
- Following up on the insurance policies: assets, life
- Updating and maintaining HR and admin related policies and procedures
- Maintaining and updating contact lists: suppliers, Vendors, clients,
- Liaising with other department in order to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Assuming responsibility of keeping an up to dated employees’ database
